Our firm was formed by partners with deep, hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction, bringing a technical, execution-first mindset to real estate development. Before becoming developers, we spent years designing, permitting, budgeting, and building the infrastructure that makes communities work—streets, utilities, drainage, and vertical construction. That background shapes every decision we make.

Today, L&C Development focuses on ground-up property development in high-growth Texas markets. We pursue opportunities where thoughtful planning, disciplined underwriting, and strong execution can create durable, long-term value.

We approach development differently than many sponsors. Engineering, construction feasibility, entitlement risk, and capital structure are not afterthoughts—they are core inputs from day one. This allows us to move quickly, underwrite conservatively, and structure projects that are resilient across market cycles.
